Mobility means having transportation services going where and when YOU need it

The availability of reliable transportation is an important social determinant of health in our rural communities.  Transportation influences a person’s ability to access appropriate and well-coordinated healthcare, purchase nutritious food, and otherwise care for themselves.

Sliver Streak Transports is a committed and reliable transportation program that provides rides to health and wellness appointments in Amador, Calaveras, and Tuolumne Counties.

SPECIAL RIDERSHIP PROGAM

This program offers rides to residents unable to utilize traditional transportation options, such as public transit, and have no other means of transportation for health and wellness appointments.

Transports are available for out-of-county non-emergency medical appointments, based on schedules and availability of drivers.

Please Note:  These rides may be shared with others.
